Eligibility

Account & Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your login credentials and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and auto-renew unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

User Content & Sharing

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Pages are public by default and can be viewed by anyone with the link. You are responsible for the content you share and the people you share it with.

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate any law or infringe another person's rights.
• Do not upload harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use the Service to distribute spam or malware.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and templates, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand features.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at team@pagein60.com with sufficient detail so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to deliver the Service, including hosting/storage and payment processing. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viral App Dev LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viral App Dev LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your content.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
